Types of Training Services

UT School as a Job Training Institution (LPK)

UT School, as a Job Training Institution (LPK), has extensive experience and is well-recognized by the heavy equipment industry for delivering various training programs. Supported by PT United Tractors Tbk through the UT Foundation (Yayasan Karya Bakti UT), UT School is equipped with competent and experienced instructors in the heavy equipment field, as well as complete, industry-standard infrastructure.

In conducting its training programs, UT School provides flexibility for customers to choose the type of training that best suits their needs, both in terms of competency development and technical implementation.

UT School offers three types of training service programs, which are as follows:

Types of Training Programme Services

Regular Training

Training programs and durations are adjusted according to the standard curriculum at UT School.

Customer Specific Competency Development (CSCD)

This training program can be specifically tailored according to the needs of UT School customers.

Bundling Training (+Certificate)

This training program may use either the regular training or CSCD model, with an additional certification test package as a post-training component.

Customer Training Program List

UT School provides training for customers who own or manage heavy equipment to improve their competence in maintenance, operation, and heavy equipment management tasks. In line with this, UT School groups its training programs into three main modules according to customer-required professions:

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

This module focuses on developing skills in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Operator Training Module

Training for heavy equipment operators with an emphasis on safe and efficient operation.

Managerial Training Module

Managerial training focused on managing heavy equipment and operational teams.
